Charles “CJ” Britt Jr. is a blogger and the founder of Trellis & Grace Holdings, LLC (formerly Grow In Grace, LLC) in Papillion, Nebraska. His work brings together a passion for spiritual well-being, personal development, and spreading happiness to others.

With a Master of Arts in Management from Doane University and Lean Six Sigma certification, CJ applies principles of growth and continuous improvement to the personal journey. His mission is to empower others to reach their potential through a positive mindset and purposeful action.
